A small fee. Ongoing progress.

The default 1% funds ongoing development, security improvements and maintenance across supported networks.

  1. Add processing credits. Top up separately with crypto. New installations automatically receive a one-time $10 welcome credit after admin signup.
  2. Get paid into your wallets. Customer payments go directly to your merchant-controlled addresses. The billing service does not receive your wallet keys.
  3. Pay as invoices settle. The fee comes from your credits, based on the invoice’s original fiat value. See every charge in Settings → Fees.

At 1%, a $100 invoice uses $1 of credit. Your on-chain payment is not split with us.

Low credits never block customer payments.

You can still create checkouts and receive funds.

IPN, webhooks, Sweep, new exchange conversions, new projects/stores and installing new versions pause until your processing balance recovers.

Update checks, backups and recovery stay available. Fees continue to accrue. How degraded mode works →

Questions?

Read the documentation
What is Wholly Crypto?

Self-hosted software for crypto invoices, checkout and payment tracking. Runs on your VPS, with your wallets.

What does non-custodial mean here?

Customer payments go to your wallets. Hot-wallet keys stay on your VPS: secure the server and keep private backups. Processing credits are separate.

What if my processing credits run out?

You still receive payments. Checkout, invoice creation, blockchain monitoring, confirmations, dashboard statistics and wallet backups stay available. Paused: IPN and webhooks; automatic sweeps, manual sends, gas funding and refunds through Sweep; new exchange conversions; creating new projects or stores; and installing new Wholly Crypto versions. Update checks, backups and recovery stay available. Existing projects and stores remain editable. Fees still accrue. Top up to clear a negative balance and restore usable credit; retained notifications and enabled automation resume after verification. Updates require a verified balance above zero. Fee-free accounts have no credit restrictions. Account suspensions and failed billing verification are separate security restrictions. Full degraded-mode guide →

Do I need to run blockchain nodes?

No. Connect external providers or your own remote nodes. Reliable payment tracking needs independent, healthy fallbacks. Public endpoints have rate limits.

Which coins and tokens can I accept?

Native coins on 30 networks, verified ERC-20 tokens on supported EVM chains, and verified SPL tokens on Solana. Your store shows ready methods. Monero needs a view-only wallet connection; native EVM payments use direct transfers. Setup guide →

Can I price my invoices in USD or EUR?

Yes. Set a fiat price and checkout calculates the crypto amount. You receive crypto, not an automatic bank conversion.

What happens if a customer pays too little or too late?

Checkout shows any remaining amount. Review underpaid, overpaid and late invoices in Needs attention. Refunds require a separate, confirmed transfer on a supported chain.

What do I need to install it?

A fresh Linux VPS supported by the installer, root access and DNS records for merchant.*, pay.* and api.*. No Docker required. See minimum and recommended VPS sizes. Back up wallets, top up processing credits and test payments before going live.
